A business that lasts

Hypergrowth is a story other people tell about your company. Duration is what you actually have to operate.

A business that lasts is usually smaller than the pitch deck, slower than the feed, and more useful than either. It makes money. It does not require a cast of specialists to stay upright. Someone can understand the whole thing.

What I optimize for

  • Shipping. Done means in the world, not in a doc.
  • Fewer moving parts. Every dependency is a future outage you volunteered for.
  • Tools you can run. Open when it helps. Simple when it doesn’t.
  • Writing it down. If the lesson only lives in my head, it cannot help anyone else.

The invitation

If you run the company yourself, you do not need a manifesto. You need fewer decisions and more finished work. That is the whole GigaSolo brief: build the tool, write the note, help the next founder skip the part that was theater.
